There is nothing good to write about this builder. There are so many problems/issues with our home, and it took a WHOLE year for them to even return to finish our backyard. Then when they did return, the completion was not what was originally conveyed to us, nor is it anything spectacular. Every time we have called them about an issue or with questions concerning the completion of our yard, we were hung up on. On rare occasions, the lousy secretary would take our phone # and then Gene would never return our call. Everytime I have seen Gene in our neighborhood for repairs or completions of projects months later, he tries to remain scarce. He hides behind his truck, or sneaks around hoping not to be seen or noticed. Upon approaching him, he ignores us or directs us to his lousy secretary who will relay our message to him yet again. There is nothing professional or outstanding about this company. The upgrades that cost us so much money in this house are pitiful. Our hardwood floors are lifting, when telling that to the builder, he said we should hire someone to fix them then. The kitchen cabinets are far from quality. I bought the same quality cabinets at Home Depot for in my garage. Not to mention, a neighbor across the street had an issue with his sewer/water backing up and coming out his front lawn. That took days for the builder to return and fix, now, a month later, they finally re-seeded the yard they dug up for repairs. I have also talked to several people in this townhouse community and they all have issues or problems of the same sort. Not to mention, lawsuits against the builder.. Do plenty of research before you hire them for anything.
Pros: I love the setup of my home and the open-ness of the first floor.
Cons: Everything pertaining to quality and service.
