Saturday's Hair Salon

I went to Saturday's the e main st location and Jeff was my stylist today. I asked for something pretty basic i just wanted the dead ends cut off of my 11 year old daughters hair. wash, condition, blowdry, flat iron , cut dead ends. He was very insulting he said he could'nt work mircles, said her hair was soo difficult to work with. Were spanish so curly hair is what hes referring to.He asked how many relaxers have I put on my daughters hair i replied none. my daughters hair looked like a huge puff ball not flat ironed at all, it was very greasy.it was gross. He was sarcastic, condescending, and flat out rude. my daughter hair looked like some rattailed dog's and he chopped chunks where ever he saw fit. NEVER AGAIN. my daughter was in tears when we left, she said i never want to go to him again. WE WONT!!! more

I have been a customer here for MANY years. "My" stylist is Jeff. He always does a super job with my hair. I never, ever worry about the quality of the haircut I receive from him which is a really great feeling....knowing I will never be upset or leave looking like a lawnmower was run through my hair! Plus he is friendly and helpful....just one nice guy. My only fear would be to lose him as "my" stylist. I really do depend on him. more
