While we did get our shampooer fixed, and while he didnt charge for an estimate, thats all I can say positive about this place. more

What a find!!! I was in desperate need when my serger stopped working and I had 2 bridal parties (8 dresses that I still needed to be hemmed) and going out the next day. I had to find someone who could fix it and return it to me the same day and not charge me a arm and a leg. Art was great and assured me that within 5 minutes he could tell me what the problem was and how fast I could have it back. It was dropped off late morning and I had it back at 5pm. That included driving 30 minutes each way to get to him, but it was so worth it and I would drive a hour each way to have him work on my machines now. He is a very nice man and took time to show me other features I forgot about, on how to use the machine for the things I alter. He also mentioned that since I use the machine for my business and it is 24 years old, when I have more time he would show me the newer models that have major time saving features on the sergers that presently take a lot of time doing on my older model. I will be returning soon to take him up on looking at the newer models because I sew everyday for over 12 hours on my machines and every bit of time I can save and make it easier on myself will only make my life easier. I was expecting to pay at least 50% more and was very happy with the cost and the fast repair. more

He had one of the kids totally mess up my wife's sewing machine and we thought we were sunk. We took the machine here, when we walked in we were greeted with a hello and they took a look at the machine. He quoted us a very fair price. The next day we picked up the machine and it was like brand new both in how it looked and worked.They work on both old and new machines and have allot of hard to get parts. more

I collect and use old metal sewing machines and also have newer models. I know enough about their maintenance past 'general' information. When we moved to Santa Clarita I visited every sewing machine repair place I could find in the phone book. I took in a machine that needed maintenance and asked about their service, costs, repair information, about parts availability and more. The gentlemen at the Santa Clarita Sewing Machine store were the Only ones who did not lie to me about what was wrong with my machine -- I knew what was wrong with it before I took it in. I always take my sewing and surging machines here. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and their prices are very reasonable. The turn around time on their work is usually within days. I highly recommend them. more

My alignment kept on getting thrown off and my needles would break every time I used my machine. I took it to other places for a repair but the problem continued. I took it here and they not only fix the problem but told me why the problem was occurring and reoccurring. I've never had the problem again. They are extremely knowledgeable about sewing machines. I will never again go anywhere else. more

My wife was able to turn in an old sewing machine (with an alignment problem) and they were able to fix it! The people helping us were very friendly and they helped us get everything we needed! Not to mention, they were very well priced! more
