I LOVE this place!!! The doctors and staff are very friendly and compassionate. My dog actually loves it there too! She drags me in the door so she can see all her ""friends"" and get her treats and love :) They worked well with my schedule and can get me in almost immediately! I wouldn't go anywhere else :))) more

Took my cat in to get spayed and declawed. Simple procedures. Turned into me picking her up and transporting her to another hospital to get a blood transfusion, resulting in saving her life! First, I was not explained how the blood pretest before surgery is important. Secondly, they waited about 10 hrs, if not more, for her to bleed out, before conatcting me and telling me she will not survive the night, you need to transport her. I should have been notified in the morning, when it didn't need to result in a blood transfusion. Instead, I was told that she was sleeping, come pick her up later. What difference would it have made if she was sleeping or not, except that she was bleeding and they were trying to cover their butts before I picked her up. The manager was not helpful, and before I was done talking to her, she switched me over to the vet. So now I am stuck with a $3,000 bill for a blood transfusion, which is not my concern. My concern is that my cat should not have gone through this. And gee, I wonder where the negative review of the gentelman and his experience with his dog went that he posted? A day after this post, I noticed the cat was biting her paws. took her to a vet and it was discovered she had bitten 3 of her paws to the bone because they were infected. Everything that could have gone wrong, did!!!! And the icing on the cake, the bill for the spay and declaw arrived in the mail. more

I would not recommend going to this vet. I had a very bad experience at this vet. My ""healthy"" dog came in for a dental cleaning and almost died. Dr. Amy Hasty recommended putting my dog to sleep ASAP. She said he was sick and had a tumor and this is why he was in a coma. I knew this wasn't true. He was a happy and healthy dog when I dropped him off. I had to rush him to another vet in order to save him. The other vet said that they think my dog was accidentally ""over dosed"" with medication and told me that it almost killed him. The other vet said that there were no tumors found on his x-rays. They saved my dog's life by giving him an IV and flushing fluids through him. Even though my dog almost died, I was still forced to pay the office visit. I will never forget this! more
