Very prompt service, I had warranty work on my Samsung TV, the shop was quick to contact me to arrange service and completed the work while I waited.

Worst

I called regarding some parts for a self electronics repair and got very poor hospitality as well tone. They claimed to be too busy at the moment and then after making me wait ......

Very Professional 4/6/2012

Problem with my Yamaha receiver blew out the subwoofer electronics. Despite the problems with obtaining parts from Japan due to the Tsunami few months back, I was kept informed as to the progress of the repair, and when it was repaired the unit worked flawlessly. Highly recommended. more

Sorry great help NOT HERE! 1/3/2012

I called regarding some parts for a self electronics repair and got very poor hospitality as well tone. They claimed to be too busy at the moment and then after making me wait ....didnt have the necessary parts in stock. The manager yelled at me while I was clarifying the specs on the components I needed and kept insisting that they wernt a parts house. Dont waist your time or even get aggravated. more

the title says it all.i have used these people over 4x and had great results every time.the prices are very fair and the repair times are quick.they are big screen tv specialist.if you have anything electronic,before you try to fix it yourself or toss it,call these people,you will be glad you did. more
