I enjoyed living at Sandridge, but the move out process was a nightmare. Here is my situation and a few brief tips so you can avoid the same problems.
I was charged rent for extra days, cleaning, and ?damage? that was already there when I moved in, because they lost the move-in paperwork. Take pictures of the condition of everything when you move in and out. Also, keep photocopies of every document and ask for everything in writing. When you move out, schedule a move out appointment with the manager and have it documented. After working for weeks to prove they had overcharged me, management finally refunded a few hundred dollars from my initial security deposit, but it was a time consuming, unpleasant process. They never refunded the entire amount.
