Not Impressed 7/14/2010

I tried ths place out a couple of times and I could see that the staff was not happy.There was a short blonde lady, who I found out was the owner, had the most evil look on her face. I felt uncomfortable and not at all like I was at a retreat. more

I have had several spa treatments and will be back for more this is by far my ultimate treat (to myself) very relaxing and knowledgeable staff!!! more

Great Salon IF You Choose the Right Stylist 8/7/2008

I've been going to this salon for years now and I've always had a great experience, until my last appointment. Don't let them book you with new stylists, ask for a stylist who has an established client base - like Audrey - she's awesome. You have to book her a few days in advance but that just means she's totally worth it. The prices are fair for the caliber of work IF you choose the right stylist. Wonderful atmosphere and great customer service - they offer complementary beverages. I'll definitely go back but this time, I will not agree to see a new stylist, I'm sticking with Audrey! more

An amazing experience 4/21/2008

I came into the spa last week, and I had the best experience! The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. They also gave complimentary beverages. Lauren did my hair, and I have never had so many compliments over it before!! The color looks amazing! She has a wonderful personality. Courtney, the esthetician, did my facial, and my skin has never felt better! It glows; in fact, once my mother saw me, she called that day and scheduled herself an appointment! I am definitely a new regular now! Can't to try the massages! more

Great Spa Atmosphere! 4/14/2008

This Spa is truly a Sanctuary. The staff were so helpful as I received many different services the day I was in. I will definetely be returning and referring my friends that way. The front desk staff were very helpful and happy. Thank you so much for a wonderful day. more

Very pleasant experience... 4/10/2008

I was referred to Cayla at Sanctuary Retreat by two friends. I called on a Friday around noon & they were able to fit me in for a first time cut with Cayla that same afternoon! The atmosphere was very nice & classy. I will definitely go back again... I was surpised to check the Spa Finders website after returning home to see that they accept Spa Finder Gift Certificates, which is wonderful since I received one for my recent birthday. I'll be using it in a few days to have Cayla do my color! I'd say give the Sanctuary Retreat a try, I think you'll like it! more

Overpriced and under serviced 2/24/2008

The equipment was sub-par. Prices were too high. I will not be returning. I also sensed some tension from the staff members, makes for an uncomfortable visit. more
