San Pedro Parent Participation Preschool

This preschool has made such a big difference in my child’s life as well as mine; the social skills she has acquire and the growth in every single aspect of her life. We tried a regular preschool before this one and my little one was quiet and shy, English is not her primary language, so, it was too hard on her. San Pedro Co-Op was definitely the best move I’ve made on regards to her education so far, the transition was smooth, the teachers are loving, caring and the working parents have became good friends of mine, we trust each other and our kids know us all.\r \r I definitely gives me the sense of a community of parents that have the same priorities as I do. I like the program, the approach and the teachers. My daughter loves her friends and I can say that I’ve been lucky enough to see the mental and physical growth in her as in every one of her little friends. This school has been a wonderful experience for my child. The adult-child ratio is higher than at the typical preschool or daycare. There are many more toys, games and play areas to engage in. He has learned important social skills by interacting with the children and other adults, and has improved in his interest in spelling, numbers and art. I have benefited as well. I've met other parents in my community, I feel comfortable with the people watching my child at the school, I know the routine there, and I've even picked up some skills in engaging with children that I didn't know I lacked. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone who wants to give their children a superlative preschool experience and can work the one or two times a month at the school. It was worth it!
