I recently moved to San Ramon from Livermore and was looking for someone that could take care of my car repair needs. I was looking for someone who would be fair and would get the job done right. I found San Ramon Auto and was able to communicate with Dan. He was straight up, he knew what he was talking about and he got the job done at a competative price. I was very satisfied. more

Choking on Acceleration 11/23/2009

I brought my car for check up on why it is choking whenever I accelerate to the next gear, come to find out that I needed new ignition coil, oil leak in my valve cover gasket and found a crack on the breather hose which he replace. I have visited several mechanics in the area and he is the only that will give your car a personal touch and an honest billing. more

Fast and precise 11/20/2009

Called in during the day for my car to get towed in and welcomely accepted my car and got it back the very next day. They fixed my starter wire. And very friendly, great sense of humor. more

Dan did a thorough check on my 2001 Solara. Replaced some loose plastic pieces at no charge and found a minor brake issue....Did a good job in a short time and very professional. more

I always feel I can trust the guys at San Ramon Auto Repair -- they are honest and professional, and treat me as a valued customer. They always explain in terms I can understand anything that is wrong with my vehicle and what needs to be done. They also tell me what repairs can "wait" - allowing me to better budget for repairs; this is also important to me -- especially with an older vehicle I may decide to upgrade.... more

I was so pleased to have my oil changed in a matter of minutes! Dan was very professional and let me know of a tiny leak that needed to be fixed. When I asked about windshield wipers, he immediately replaced mine. I was very happy with the service! Thank you San Ramon Auto Repair!!! more
