I went to vc in san jac and had the time of my life! The shampoo assistant, Michelle was her name, did an awsome job with the shampoo. And she made me laugh and feel comfortable the whole time. She has a great sense of humor. I tipped her 20.00!! because she did a great job, was polite and knowledgable about the products I should use on my hair. The cut was awsome! I used Truc and she and Michelle kept me laughing through out the service joking with each other. I recommend vc at san jac for everyone because not only do you get great service but you have a good time doing it. Pros: awsome more

Everytime I go to this visible changes I have a great experience! I always use Anna for my cut and Leonor for my color and I must say ALWAYS change my cut and color almost each visit and everytime I get great results! I recommend both of them every chance I get to anyone who compliments my hair. I refuse to go any where else and I drive all the way from Houston it must be a good 45 min. drive w/o traffic! Also I love the receptionist they are always smiling and very friendly but also professional, my favorite 2 people are Katrina and Roni anytime they shampoo my hair they always have me laughing even on a bad day and they give a really good massage! visible changes is like no other salon ive been to!\r \r I was having such a bad day but decided to keep my appointment so when i showed up i was greeted with smiling faces. The assistant took me to the back to get change for color and when i got out of the restrooms she was there to give me a cape. needless to say after she sat me down the exerience changed. My stylist had fried blonde hair... i started to worry. (was my hair going to come out like that) she was nice and my color came out okay.\r \r i had to wait a little while for my hair cut and it was cold sitting there with wet hair. Truc was my hair cutter. she appoligized but i had no plans afterward. when i finnaly got my hair cut it was the best cut ive ever had! she is worth waiting for! I found out she also does color... next time i will book with her.\r \r over all rating i look forward to going to this salon Pros: the atmosphere is great. love my hair cut Cons: the over all apperience of the salon... not most attractive salon more

MY DAUGHTER AND I WENT & HAD OUR HAIR CUT THIS WEEKEND, AND HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE! LONI CUT MY DAUGHTERS HAIR AND DID AN AMAZING JOB, WE BOTH LOVE IT, ESPECIALLY VICTORIA! GAIL DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON MINE, WAS QUICK, AND HELPFUL, AND GAVE ME TIPS FOR MY STUBBORN HAIR!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND BOTH OF THEM!!! i had the best time ever!! i had been to other VC but i decided to come to one closer to the house. i loved it there all the the people i had experienced were very friendly. and my hair dresser gave me the best message after i got my hair cut!! i will never go to anyother salon after comming to this one!! The girl that washed my hair gave me a great wash and they were joking with another stylist Truc. she is sooo funny. i had the best time there!! and my hair cut was sooooo wonderfly great i got soo many complaments Pros: i love the people and my hair cuts Cons: did not have any more
