Well, just a short distance from Sam's...once you arrive, pleasant smiles and much more awaits you. The food is above the excellent marker. The Shawamara with Beef, your choice of sauces, omg! \r \r Lunch for four under $30, best choice, a must have, and all four of us will become a regular at this restaurant. \r \r Thanks Sam and Staff for a wonderful lunch! more

I miss Sam's 9/6/2010

I have just moved away from Davis and Sam's is one of the things that I miss the most. The family and staff are remarkably nice and the Shawarmas are amazingly delicious. Sam?s is just a tiny little spot off campus, but if you haven?t been then check it out, it's easily one of the best places in Davis. more
