I wanted to order a $6.99 burger special and asked for mustard instead of mayo. They said no substitutions at the $6.99 price, but for a $1.50 more the substitution can be made. Mustard is cheaper than mayo; they could have made more profit or were the special burgers already made and waiting to be sold? During these difficult economic times Sammy's should be grateful to have customers instead of being arrogant. What happened to the customer being right and have it your way? Disgusted, I left and went elsewhere.
