The Scene
Any other mall record store, but stripped of the cheery (even if fake) ambience and outfitted with a musty smell and drab interior.
What They've Got
Videospopular, kids', science fiction, music, etc.occupy nearly half of the store. CDs make up the rest. All the Top 40 stuff is there, but go for the rap, hip-hop and R&B sections. If you're looking for an obscurity in any of these genres, this place should have it. Know what you want, thoughall listening stations have been removed.
Price Tag
Expensive, even for a chain store. Most new releases are $19.99.
The Staff
Not especially outgoing or music-savvy. For most, it's just an after-school job.
