Don't hold the fact that Salut is in a strip mall against it. The shop is delightful and the staff are fantastic--they know so much about wine and will help you pick out the perfect wine for whatever you're cooking, and even pick out a recipe for you if you ask. They have a variety of price ranges, from around $10 to many hundreds. They offer $5 wine tastings most Saturdays and many other events, like cooking classes, four-course meals with great wines, and tasting nights when special wines are on sale. You won't be buying in the grocery stores after a visit to Salut!
