I recently experienced a 'soothing session' at the salon with Sonya. I was exhausted from painting and cleaning our rental property and needed to relax. Sonya worked her magic and and I enjoyed every minute of my 55 minute massage with lovely aromatic oils which hydrated my very dry skin. This is not a deep tissue massage, but rather a wonderfully relaxing massage which I look forward to experiencing again! more

If you are stressed out, but don't want a service as strenuous as a massage, then you might want to try Sonya's Soothing Session. I left totally relaxed and at peace. more

I was a newcomer to Salon Nouveau, and after trying several other spas around town I figured I would give them a try. It was super convenient booking my appointments for a spa pedicure and an extraction facial, one right after the other with no delay in between.. even on a Saturday! Kelly did my pedi and she was just perfect. She asked if I had been before and since I hadn't she showed me the lay of the land, which no other salon has ever done before! She was very patient and helpful as I chose a polish color, and I took my sweet time too because I like to pick by the name of the OPI polish and not just by the color LOL. :) She got me a couple magazines and was great to chat with about the gossip in People. When I commented on the delicious smell of the lotion, she let me know it was Solar Silk and that it was on sale and even remembered to show me where it was when we were all done. She also refilled my iced tea and checked a price for the little toe rings for me too! Alyssa was very pleasant and gentle. She answered my questions about the products she was using and about the extraction tool and was friendly and professional. She even spent a little extra time with me making sure my nose was smooth again! When I checked out, they offered to calculate my tip in a percentage for each of the girls which was way cool because I hate doing math! And as a final surprise, they handed me a little gift bag with some goodies in it since I was a new client. I will definitely be recommending and returning to Salon Nouveau. :) more

Very Average and the service has gone down since Cindy sold the place. The stylists are arrogant and not service conscious. Bad service is barely apologized for. Too bad Cindy left. A pedicure which is average is $50.00 - twice as much as other places. more

Salon de Nouveau is located near Fort Lowell and Campbell in a very nicely decorated little building. It is a comfortable, pleasant atmosphere. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff are reasonably attentive to your needs, often offering water to drink. I found this to be a pretty typical salon/day spa experience. They offer a wide variety of services, such as manicures, pedicures, massages, and hair styling. Nothing stands out as particularly great, but I've had several good services there. Prices are a bit high to me, but again pretty typical. On the plus side, I was given a gift certificate for Salon de Nouveau, and I used only part of it. When I finally got around to using the rest of it (1 year later), the certificate had already expired. I called them to make an appointment, and they gladly accepted it. more
