It was OK 1/27/2012

I had a facial that was just OK. My prior person left the salon and I went with the referral with the receptionist when calling in. The treatment was lack luster and you could tell it was being conducted by a new to the industry technician. She was very pleasant but her treatment process was very timid and her touch too delicate. The facial felt like I missed something. more

Mens hair cut 1/25/2012

Went to Salon Ultimo for a hair cut and was very pleased with the entire experience. I typically use one of the budget places for a hair cut, though it was more expensive still thought I got a great value for the money. Cassie was great and I left with a hair cut that my wife loved. more

Misleading Advertising 1/25/2012

I booked online because I was quoted the price of 65 with Jean for a full foil. It didn't say 65+ it only said 65. When I showed up at the salon and got my hair done (the service was fine, nothing spectacular) I was charged $85.00. I was not pleased, but paid for it anyway. When I looked further into the website under services the color said 75+ along with the little card of services that was handed to me as I left. A suggestion, put a 65+ next to the hair stylist or quote the correct price. It was very misleading and disappointing. I will not be back because of this and will not be recommending this place. It may be a big compliment for me or anyone to refer you, but I would like an idtiot if a friend went there and was charged too much for a service! more

Great Salon 1/24/2012

I needed a new place to go since moving to the area. I checked on-line and found that this salon had very satisfied customers. I tried it and am so happy I did. Cara is awesome and I get compliments on my cut frequently. I'd suggest this place and most importantly Cara to anyone. more

I've had Shannon do my "tune ups" for a while and she never fails to disappoint. She listens to what you want and then creates the look you expect. Her attention to detail is impressive. The overall atmosphere is great from the hot coffee to the iPad while you dry. No need to look anywhere else.......I've found the best! more

Just OK 1/19/2012

Massage was great all though room was too noisy, some client with a big mouth was next door and could hear entire conversation! Had 90 minute facial which was just ok. Women was too ruff,pulling my hair with scalp massage and her shoes were to noisy for a bare floor and extra small room. She apolized for the noise before I said something,not relaxing at all! more
