I would highly recommend salon/stylist! 7/7/2009

I just moved to Central Florida & was in need of a new salon & stylist. I heard about Salon Salon and after reviewing their webpage I decided to give the Downtown location a try. I'll be honest in saying that I was a little nervous going to someone new, as I'm sure most women are. I scheduled an appointment with Elaine Jenniffer for a haircut. I figured it would give me a chance to get a feel for the place & stylist before I made a commitment of any color. Everyone there from the moment I walked in was friendly & attentive to my needs. Elaine was beyond great! Not only did my hair cut look better than ever but she only charged me $30! (compaired to my usual $50) She took the time to ask me about what ""I"" wanted and showed a concern for ""MY"" needs. She was very easy to talk to & gave off a very positive energy, she also taught me about how to take care of my hair once I got home!!!! It was a nice treat to my hectic life! Pros: Great price! I love the Dr Phillips Location 6/17/2009

I just moved here from Tampa and had gone a an Aveda Salon there that I really liked. So when I moved I looked for another Aveda salon. This place was absolutely great. Not only is the location really done well but the entire staff was so welcoming and cool. I also loved all the little things like the relaxation room where you get your hair washed and the vintage Barber chair they refresh your make up in. I would highly reccomend it Pros: Staff and location more

Love Aveda Salons 6/6/2009

I found Salon Salon on the Aveda website and I am so glad I did. I went in for a consultation and came out feeling and looking great. Thier team is special. I felt like I was the only person there even though the place was busy. Lulu did an incredible job! Pros: Professional and Prompt more

Very Disappointed. Had an appointment with michelle jolley and called to cancel. Was asked if I wanted to reschedule. Come to find out Michelle moved on to another salon weeks prior. The staff did not tell me she no longer worked there. Professional? I think to lead someone on by not telling a client her stylist had left is very UNPROFESSIONAL! I found her at Ultima Salon 4078771892! The staff there is wonderful and friendly! Cons: deceiving more

Best hair color and cut I've ever had! 2/6/2009

Cindy Elzer at Salon Salon was terrific. The cut was perfect - exactly what I asked for - and I decided, after 30 years of being blonde, to go back to my more natural color. I love it. She is amazing and the salon was comfortable, friendly, and relaxing. They gave me tea, a little massage and even a complimentary cheek and lip touch up before I left. I HIGHLY recommend ""the Cindy Elzer experience"" to everyone in the area! more

I have been a client of Jane's for over 24 years and I can say there is no better salon in all of Orlando. The entire staff at SalonSalon(at all locations) are talented,friendly and professional. When I've earned a special treat for myself I head to Salon Salon - I've used various stylists at their locations and am always happy with the results! I love feeling special and that's what they do! They really take the time to find out what you need and then they deliver....everytime! I just wish I could get there more often! more

By far the Best Salon in Orlando! Very educated and talented staff! From waxing to eyelash extensions performed by Jennifer to Color,cut, style by Jane....They are the Best! Others may say they can do it ...but really cannot! You may pay a little more but you honestly get what you pay for!!!! Professional and State of the Art. Able to transition you from short to long hair without ever having a ""bad Phase""..... Great Customer Service. more

Each experience I have had at Salon Salon has been great. All the employes are friendly and courteous. The clients always seem relaxed and and appear to be enjoying their time at Salon Salon. I have had occasion to speak with Jane (the OWNER) personally and she is indeed knowledgeable and professional. Best Salon since I moved here 10/14/2008

I relocated here from Atlanta and tried several places I just couldn't bear to go back to. I started looking and asked some women in the mall, that I really liked thier color and style, where it was they went. They told me Salon Salon. So I looked up their website and made an appointment. Wow not only did I get a great cut, style, and color, but they gave me a neck massage, some aromatherapy and even touched up my make up before I left. Needless to say I have found my new place. Fantastic Salon 10/11/2008

I'm not sure if these other reviewers went to the same place I did! I found all the staff at Salon Salon to be friendly and very professional. Also not at all over priced. I received a warm welcome and a color and style that actually fixed the poor job that had been done at another salon that cost me more. I complement the young girl who shampooed my hair and did my make up on the way out. Awesome! more

I found this salon cold and unfriendly. A lot of the stylist had a snotty additude (over what?) Wasn't thrilled with the color or the cut. Average, WAY over priced. This is Orlando, not NYC. (and the owner is NASTY) more

Great results and just as great customer service!! 5/31/2008

First time at this salon but will definitely put it on my list when I'm visiting in the area and will also recommend to any friends and/or associates. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. It's always scary to go some place new and not know anyone who has used a business in the past. Their web site was informative and was one of the reasons I chose this salon. I had my color enhanced, manicure and they were even able to fit me in for a mini pedi. All services turned out great and exceeded my expectations. Hats off to Lauren, Ellen and Brittany who did a great job and made me feel very welcome and pampered -- kudos to Salon Salon's management for having a great staff!! more

The best of all: LULU 3/20/2008

If you are looking for a professional stylist with a great eye for both color and cut I advise you to call for an appt. with Lulu at the Lake Buena Vista location. In her profile her name is listed as Luisa but this is indeed Lulu. A wonderful experience... not a lot of frivilous selling or exotic designing. Again, I'll say she's the best! more

Best Salon in Central Florida 11/4/2007

I have been going to Salon Salon for 10 years now, and would never even think of going anywhere else. The staff is very friendly, great atmosphere, and very accomodating. There have been instances where I have desperately needed to change my appointment, and they ALWAYS find a way to fit me in. I can sit in one of the chairs and with condfidence tell them to ""do what ever you want"" to my hair and know that it is going to look great. Pros: Great Staff and Atmosphere more
