A Great Haircut 9/2/2011

I come every few months for a hair treatment. I either get a color or a cut. I enjoy the experience. I always get good service and I love the hair care line that the salon carries. Keep up the good work. more

I came to Lulu's at my fiance's recommendation. Expecting to get a typicalish haircut, I was secretly wishing to get a new 'do that I could rock on my trip back to LA. Dude, did Lulu ever come through for me. Paired up with Susan with some assists from James and a bit of consultation from Thom, they had me out the door with a killer new style that literally transformed my look from nod to mod (nod, as in sleepy...get it? okay.) Top Notch Salon 8/25/2011

I have been going to Thom at Salon Lulu (formerly Studio 607) for years. Thom is a gifted stylist and there is no one else I would trust with color. His work is always very natural and subtle. I also like the fact that as much as possible, the salon uses earth friendly hair products. The new space is lovely-the height of urban chic! more

Great cut and color 8/23/2011

I was very pleased with my outcome from Lulu; I went to see Susan for cut and color. My only constructive criticism would be to think about the music - it seemed like soft rock was playing during my visit which is not really what I synapse with an upscale salon. Overall great experience though! Would recommend. more

NYC Salon in New Haven - #1 in the area 7/8/2011

Tom (owner) is a long-time fixture in New Haven. Problem is in the past he had a smaller space and it was impossible to get an appointment. Now that Salon Lulu has expanded Tom has brought on top area stylists and a professional manager in Ilda. The space is beautiful, classy, and relaxing. The clear #1 in town. more

One of greatest salons around 7/7/2011

I had been going to the same salon for nearly two decades; then my hairdresser went on vacation so someone recommended a visit to Lulus for help w/ my haircolor. The services there were phenomenal, done by professionals in the field. I highly recommend this salon although I've had only hair coloring work done so far,I could observe during my second visit there that customers are very satisfied. The staff rocks and I'm one happy girl! more

Pedicure with LIZ 7/1/2011

I stopped in as a walk-in. This was my first experience. I asked around and one of the other salons said, go to LU Lu and ask for LIZ! Absoulutely a great experience. Highly recommend! The salon is pricey which was a bit of a shock but LIZ is really awesome! Ask for LIZ!!!!! more
