I HATED MY EXPERIENCE WITH JANA THE SKIN NAZI 11/17/2011

I WAS TREATED LIKE AN ALIEN WHEN I PAYED OVER $100 FOR FACIAL SERVICES WITH JANA. AFTER SHE WAS DONE WITH ME, I HAD MORE PIMPLES ON MY FACE THEN I EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE AND BURNS FROM THE HOT WAX EVERYWHERE. I CAN'T BELIEVE I STILL HAD TO PAY FOR BEING TORTURED BY JANA. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SALON BAMBOO AND ADVISE YOU TO NEVER TRUST JANA WITH YOUR PRECIOUS SKIN BECAUSE SHE ACTED AS IF SHE KNEW EVERYTHING BUT DID NOTHING POSITIVE FOR MY FACE AT ALL. SHE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO CHOICE ANOTHER PROFESSION BECAUSE SKIN IS NOT HER THING. AVEDA ISN'T ALWAYS THE "BEST" FOR YOU. I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY. more

A Day at the Spa!! 10/31/2011

Well, it wasn't really a day at the spa, but rather a shampoo and haircut. However, everything was terrific! I was greeted by name as I came in and asked if I wanted anything to drink. A head massage during the shampoo and hand massage at the end is SO relaxing! My stylist, Barbara, is absolutely the best. She explained how the shape of my head influences the best cut for me. I left feeling relaxed with a terrific cut. Thanks again Salon Bamboo Aveda!!! more

Full experience at Salon Bamboo 10/26/2011

The only complaint I have is with your gift card process. Every year one of my children gives me a treatment for my birthday but I never know who it's from- no name on the email or mailer- just the amount. This year when I have been in, they told me about one gift but not the other until I talked with my son who told me he also had sent me a gift cert. but he didn't tell them my email address so he got it instead- however, I was not told of this at the salon. Otherwise, I love coming to Salon Bamboo and love Debbie & treat myself to an occasional Jana! more

Best massage in Naples! 10/24/2011

I love that I can come to Salon Bamboo and get all of my beauty needs taken care of...the massage that I receive on a regular basis are by Sally, and she is THE BEST! I was so worried about moving to a new place across the country because I had my favorite massage therapist for the past 5 years--to my surprise and delight, I found Sally, and she is truly better than the person I had before...so happpy to have found the Salon! more
