I love Sallies in Ballwin. I have been going there for almost 20 years and they are always willing to help if you have any questions on your cake decorations. Plus, she wants to see pictures of your end results. I have never had any problems with any products purchased there. I will continue to go there. I make cakes ranging from small birthdays up to huge weddings and if it weren't for Sallies being where it is located, I don't think I could have survived - it is definitely a one-stop shop. This is a great place to go if you need some quality cake decorating supplies as well as some good advice or guidance from experts in the cake decorating field. The prices are a bit high but the quality of the products is superb and you cannot find some of the items just anywhere. I highly recommend checking this store out and maybe taking one of their classes if you are interested in learning more. more

This is a very nice little shop. The people who do the cakes are very experienced and do an awesome job. They also have a nice supplie of candies, almost like an old fashion candy store. They offer cake decorating classes., that are for beginners on up. There prices are very reasonable and cakes are done fast. more

Sallie's offers everything a cake decorator (beginner to professional) would need to make a beautiful cake! Even if you can't decorate, Sallie's can make you look as if you can, with pre-made icing flowers and other cake toppers available! Candy supplies are abundant, with molds, sticks and everything else necessary! Sallie's sells chocolate by the pound or in 10lb blocks! This is a great place to learn how to decorate cakes. They also have all of the supplies you need for a home cake business. She has been in business for years so her classes are great. Everyone in there is very nice and they are all experienced. My wife has always loved this store. The prices are very reasonable but you will have to park in the back. It is located off a major road. PROS: They are very experienced. CONS: They have very limited hours. more
