Sakura Chaya is owned by the original owners of Shanghai Chinese Cuisine, a restaurant in Fresno that has received recognition for services it provided the past 25 years. Thursday night is the most popular night at Sakura Chaya because of the free appetizers available at the bar, which are cooked by one of the restaurant s international chefs. Indoor and outdoor seating is available at Sakura Chaya. The restaurant has dine-in, takeout and a delivery service. The company also hosts private parties with a seating capacity capable of accommodating 320 guests.
