AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! 3/15/2009

***Wanted to give it NO stars, but 1 star was the lowest I could do*** This was the worst restaurant experience I have had in a long time! First (and last) time I go there. We sat ourselves in the smoking section, as directed, were not even given silverware. Once seated, it took the bartender/waitress about 20 min. just to ask us what we wanted to drink. In the meantime, another table sat down next to us. Waitress came back about 10 min later to take our order. After that she took the order of the table that had sat down next to us. About 15 minutes pass, the other table gets salad and bread. I ask the waitress, "Do we get bread?" She said "Oh, did you want some?" She then said "it comes with the salad, you didn't get any salad, but I can bring you some with your meal." I said "That would be fine & thank you." She then offered us peanuts...this was after we had been sitting there over a half hour...we declined figuring our food would arrive shortly. We figured wrong. Another 15 minutes pass and the other table receives their food, as my guest and I sit there with nothing other than our drinks. I ask her again what is up to be told it is coming right out. Yet another 15 minutes passes and finally our food arrives...and it was disgusting. My guest ordered the rodeo chicken with mashed potatoes...the potatoes were cold as if they had been sitting out and the cheese on the chicken was not melted fully not to mention the chicken was cold as well. I had ordered the buffalo jack chicken sandwich..my fries were ice cold, swiss cheese was not even close to melted, even the bread we received was not fresh as well. Needless to say I didn't even want to look at the food let alone eat it. I asked for the manager who came promptly, explained to him that I did not want this because it was, well gross, he proceeded with asking if I wanted it remade, I said no thank you, I will just go elsewhere, he then gave attitude, took the plates away and did not even apologize for the bad food and service! I am appalled not only by the quality of food, but the customer service was awful. Pros: None... Cons: Bad food, bad service, handicap parking horribly placed more
