They were on-time for both pick up and delivery with professional customer service and really took the time to inspect the car on both ends to be sure that nothing was overlooked. I only wish there wasn't an additional fee for doing an "exact day" pick-up (instead of a 3 day window), but I think that goes with any shipping company. I'd definitely use them again in the future! more

The person answering my call was Very nice and helpful. He explained everything in detail and sent me an email quote which had the same details he had provided. The price was just a little over average but the service I received was definitely worth it. They did exactly as they promised and were very courteous and prompt throughout the whole process. Contacted Safeway Car Transport on a Saturday because the other vehicle shipping companies failed to pick up my car on time (Awful experience with Door to Door Transport). Was moving to Macomb. Mike at Safeway Car Transport was amazing, he quoted me at a reasonable price, and walked me through everything, I was even able to leave my car at the owners house (which is 100% legit, safe and secure place) for pick during the week. Laura was such a nice girl as well. Dropped my car off on Sunday, truck pick to up Wednesday of that same week, and received car very fast. I was super please with the service and their dedication through the whole process. They are local to Michigan, so if you are relocating they should be your first choice!! more

It's hard to find a good transporter, but man am I glad I ended up with Safeway Car Transport. They were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process, and not at all pushy like other companies. Their customer service (both office and driver) is top-notch. I was transporting my car from California to Illinois, and it got here right on time, in the same condition as when it started. more
