Doctor Lange appeared to be very knowledgeable however the staff was very inefficient and even billed my insurance company incorrectly and refused to fix it. (Thank heavens I have insurance background because they said the mistake was no big deal, when it really was a HUGE deal!) So difficult to get an appointment, doctor wanted to do surgery in 2-3 weeks and staff scheduled me 2 1/2 months out. Sure seems like they are too busy for patients. One of the best parts is that the doctors and staff could really care less. I called to cancel my first surgery and they didn?t even ask to reschedule or why. They may seem to have good doctors, but they obviously they don't care about their patients. I have now gone to another surgeon in the area, first surgery completed and recovering very well, all before my pre-op was scheduled with Shasta Orthopedics.
