The atomosphere is very calming. I had the fire cupping with my massage and it works great on old and repetitive injuries. I also enjoy the add on treatments you can get with your massage. For the first time in my massage history, I was so relaxed that I felt myself dozing off. The ambiance of the temple is wonderful: deep reds color the walls and soundscapes provide a relaxing transport from the stress of the day. My masseuse was Sean. The owner and workers are all very friendly and helpful in explaining the various services they offer. They make you feel welcome and provide a very relaxing atmosphere. I had a combination foot soak and massage. The initial foot soak was so-so. You just sat in the room with your feet in a tub of water- tho it provided time to unwind and relax mentally before starting the massage, I was eager to get into the massage part of the service which was very good. I plan on coming back and trying other services they provide. Pros: Great customer service Cons: Hard massage tables- could use more padding more

I went there for a couples' massage as my birthday present, and what I received was the highlight of my day. Jessika and Sean were friendly, professional, and their service exceeded my expectations. They explain how the entire session is to progress and what to expect, and in doing so, they demonstrate their level of education and experience. I could tell they wanted me to have fun and relax, but they also cared about improving the quality of my body's health. This was my first professional massage, and it was both relaxing and tailored to my needs. My job keeps me in a chair for most of the day, and Sean took that into consideration when performing my massage. Days later, I still feel great. I didn't realize I was walking around with that level of tension in my back. The staff, the environment, and the experience were all superb. They take the time to do little things that reflect how each and every client deserves their attention, like a handwritten Thank You card after your visit. I really liked the peaceful atmosphere that welcomes you after you go up the stairs. I've been to other places where you just feel like a number, but at Sabai they walk you through exactly what you personally want and tell you what is going to happen. I also liked how they advised me to drink a lot of water because I needed to stay hydrated when my lymph was moving out of my body ... I never knew that!
