I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.\r more

Dr. Saad is wonderful! I truly love him . From the beginning / new mom consultation he always spends enough time with us, is very caring, and i trust him 100%. He is very experienced. I am a type of mom who is making and ""X-Ray"" for every pediatrician of my son and Dr, Saad earned highest respect of mine.:) When he comes to the room the issues become clear and solved. I strongly believe he is a distinguished doctor by devotion. I wish all of them will be like him. Besides his knowledge he has a very pleasant, warm personality. Dr Saad & his wife Dr Dauger are an excellent team. They were assigned to my son by the hospital when he was born. My son had complications after birth with an infection and was in the NICU for 10 days, after that he had additional complications & was hospitalized for another 2 days. During the time Dr Saad ordered many tests. We were so thankful he was thorough because we found my son had a heart murmur and also apnea related to reflux. He came home on an apnea monitor & I believe it saved his life 3 different times. If Dr Saad had not been so thorough I'm not sure what would have happened with my son. I have another son who has major gastrointestinal issues and at one point when he had reoccurring pain Dr Saad recommended a medication that my son's G.I. specialist from Loma Linda had overlooked. It didn't solve the problem but it did bring my son tremendous relief. This helped reassure me that not only is doctor very capable for everyday pediatric care but also in specialized cases.\r more

Wonderful!! I have 3 children. One is high risk with a heart condition. Both Drs are very good and genuinely care about their patients. They take their time and look at every possible option. I won't take my kids anywhere else and have recommended many family members and friends who are equally pleased. The staff always is proficient as well.\r more

Love them!! Very efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate! I have a child w a heart condition and weak immune system. They get him in immediately if needed. They never overbook so much that you wait for hours. Take their time finding the best treatment plan and actually listen to what you are saying and take it to heart. All 3 of my kids love them as well. Couldnt be happier\r more

I AM TRULY AMAZED BY DR. SAAD AND HIS WIFE, DR DAGHER. HAVING A BABY FOR THE FIRST TIME IS NOT EASY BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. I CALLED THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE ON A SATURDAY NIGHT AND ASKED TO HAVE HIM PAGED. HE CALLED BACK WITHIN 5 MINUTES AND ANSWERED MY QUESTION. HE IS EXTREMELY THOROUGH IN HIS EXPLANATIONS. THE STAFF CAN BE A LITTLE BIT FRIENDLIER, BUT HE IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY CARING.\r more

I had my son at the hospital very sick and doctor Saad was not my Pediatrician but he worked at the hospital where my son was. Dr. Saad saw my son and re- assured us that he would recover and not to worry. He also told my wife he wanted to be my son's Doctor and take care of him till he was 18. I'm so happy to have found him and also his wife Dr. Dagher. It's almost impossible to find such caring people nowadays\r more

He has always been very nice and caring to my son. He talks to him. He plays with him so he is not scared. My son is now 2 years old and has seen Dr Saad for 1 1/2 years. We love him!!\r more

Dr. Saad and his wife, Dr. Dagher came highly recommended by my Aunt, who has taken her kids to them for over 10 years. We live in Corona, so driving to Upland to go to the Dr. might seem unreasonable but these doctors and their staff are just wonderful. WORTH the drive. Fortunately, we've only ever had to take our daughter in for routine checkups and vaccinations and it's always such an efficient and pleasant experience. There is a ""sick"" room and a ""well"" room for the kids, which is REALLY nice for those of us who are there with well children, and we've never had an issue with billing, scheduling, referrals or any other administrative issue. We genuinely enjoy talking to the doctors and staff and look forward to our next visit (so long as it's just a checkup!).\r more
