I always have, after all these years, enjoyed my time spent with the girls at Sojourn Salan & Spa. They are all extremely friendly and kind asking how I am and if they could get me a cup of coffee! My standing appointment with Maria every two weeks is a wonderful experience and my nails always look great! It's such a professional, friendly and clean Salon. Love it!!!! more

I have had nothing but great service from the salon. I have been going to Carmella since she was 18 years old and she always knows what I want and is very very helpful to me all the time. Everyone in there is so friendly and you are very relaxed and know that you will get great service! more

The best hair salon around 10/12/2011

I love my hair, and Carm. She does an awesome job everytime Ive been there. The only problem I foresee is the prices. Im going to have a hard time paying over 240$ for a color every 6 weeks. I love how she does everything but its really the prices that are a problem. I had a B. Blowout done, that was $350.00 and now I need color soon. I dont think Im going to have the money to keep up with my hair at your salon. Maybe now and then, hopefully but not sure. Just became single mom, this is the one bill thats too high. Everything else is amazing. more

I used to go to a salon in Cherry Hill. I had followed my stylist there from another salon. When they changed her hours, I knew it was time to find another salon, no matter how nervous I was. I love Sojourn. Dot is the best. She listens to what you are saying/showing her, is personable, and does a great cut and color. The salon itself is clean. more

Sojourn is the best! 10/8/2011

Sojourn has been my place for hair for a long time. One time I worried that as a "regular", the staff wouldn't work so hard on me than to get new clients. Well, I can say that each time I come in, whether its for a touch up, or to try something new, the same amount of time and courtesy is taken on me, as a newbie. Thanks Sojourn for keeping me lovely! more

Long-Time Happy Customer 10/8/2011

As always, I am very happy with my color and cut from Sojourn. I was with the same stylist for several years and I was very nervous about switching after her departure. Although I will miss her terribly, I am so pleased with the Aveda coloring system at Sojourn I could never imagine leaving. It doesn't leave your hair brassy, and I get a lot of compliments on my hair. (Had someone recently take a picture of my cut and color for her stylist - what more can you say?) As for Nicole, she fit me in to her book without hesitation and did a great cut and color, as I knew she would. Although a little pricier than some salons, it is definitely worth it. Many trained and experienced stylists to choose from. Keep up the good work! more

what happened? 10/3/2011

I called for a haircut & a color rinse to cover the gray. I thought I had communicated very well with my operator. I explained that my non-grey hair had grown darker over the years and that I wanted something lighter around my face.I suggested that a very light rinse would probably cause the gray to almost give the affect of high lights.When shown the color chart I said they were all too dark. I was told this was nescessary to cover the gray. I chose one shade lighter just to be sure anyway.I now have have BROWN hair!!!!! more

Carmella is THE BEST stylist in the world. I place myself entirely in her hands. The result is always lots of compliments on my beautiful hair. Carmella is the goddess of color and an artist nonpareil of styling hair. AND the entire staff is always gracious and helpful in every way. You can't ever go wrong with Sojourn! more

My First Haircut by Nicole 9/24/2011

I was surprised and pleased that an appointment was available with Nicole, since she usually is booked due to the large number of satisfied clients she has, and I appeciated her fitting me into her busy schedule. I liked that she asked a lot of questions to be sure she knew what I wanted. I liked that she took time to explain what she was going to do, and also to show me how to work with this new cut. I am very happy with the service I received, and as always with the friendly, caring atmosphere in the salon. more

Sojourn is a very happy place with friendly beauticians and receptionists and interest in their clients. There are less expensive places I could go to but I am very satisfied with the service that I receive and the styling that Carmella does on my hair. Keep up the good work. more
