The only thing I was not happy about was that my credit card was charged almost 3 weeks before they shipped my horse. When they were contacted, they responded that they were behind and it would likely be another week but surprise, my horse shipped the next day. It did arrive quickly after that and in perfect condition. more

Every year I pre-order the Christmas Breyer Horse and also the Beautiful Breeds ornament from Golden Oak Stables. I always receive the items on time. Golden Oaks has given me excellent service these many years. Only one time did I have a problem and it was quickly corrected. Year after year Stephen and his staff give my daughter the perfect Christmas! more

Golden Oak Stables kept me updated by email on the progress of my order. This was important especially since this was a pre-order. I had the item within 3 days of being informed it had shipped. It arrived in excellent condition. Have purchased for 3 or 4 years from this company and have never had a bad experience or a bad item. Highly recommend them. more

We purchase all of our Breyer horses from Golden Oak Stables. Prices are always reasonable and when other sites are price gouging on limited editions, Golden Oak doesn't do business that way. Shipping is always fast and I have never had to follow up on any order! more

I don't like to put my credit card number in the computer so when I order I talk to Stephen. He is always upbeat, friendly, and very helpful. I really appreciate the fact I'm "speaking" with a person and not a recording. In this age of computers and recordings it's always refreshing to talk with a real live person!! My order has alway arrived around the time he says it will and there has never been a discrepency or blemish of any kind on any of my orders. I am very confident in ordering from Golden Oak Stables and I sincerely appreciate Stephen and the job he does. Thank You! more
