I purchased a Pennsylvania train for my brother and his grand-kids. From it's squeaky breaks to it's smoking smokestack, it is simply awesome. Purchasing on-line with Lionel Train Depot was simple and delivery was quick. more

Great cost and inconstant service 1/2/2012

I got lots of gift cards to golden oak stables for Christmas. I made my order about a week after Christmas. They sent me an extra halter and I am missing 1 of the blankets I ordered. They also back ordered three of the items I purchased. I am not very happy, but on the other hand I have been ordering things from Golden Oak Stables for years and never had anything happen like this. more

A week before Christmas my 7-year old granddaughter, Anna, surprised us all by telling Santa she wanted a Madame Alexander doll that looked just like her. First we knew that she planned to ask Santa because she knew Mommy and daddy couldn't afford a Madame Alexander doll. Not much time and on a tight budget too, but Stephen came through and the doll arrived with a day to spare - and it looked just like Anna. Thanks for the rush delivery, at no extra cost! more

Items arrived quickly. Questions answered promptly. Box contained item's description :( Luckily, my child did not take the time to read what was inside. Windshield was loose due to some small plastic parts being broken. I will just glue rather than return. Probably occurred during shipping. more
