You will be impressed immediately upon entering this store. Glenn and his son, Chris are extremely service oriented and definitely go the extra mile. I would highly recommend them...

Initially friendly and helpful before and during sale, but attitude changes afterward. little or no cooperation with problems and failure to honor warranty on new $4000.00 trailer...

My experience with SLEEquipment was great both during the sale and after. Their prices couldn't be beat by anyone and customer service went beyond what I expect nowadays. After my purchase, there was a problem with liftgate delivery by the delivery service. I was unable to resolve the issue with the carrier so I contacted SLE to let them know to expect a refund on the liftgate. I would have been satisfied with just a refund but they contacted the carrier and resolved the issue very quickly without me asking them to handle it. Customer service is excellent! more

Experience not all good 9/24/2009

Initially friendly and helpful before and during sale, but attitude changes afterward. little or no cooperation with problems and failure to honor warranty on new $4000.00 trailer, costing me $500.00 out of pocket. Also given wrong spare, and no cooperation trying to exchange new equipment costing@ $4000.00 that I was unable to use. Pros: Lower prices and good initial service Cons: Poor service after sale ;did'nt honor warranty on trailer more
