I had been with State Farm for 8 years and didn't know any better. A friend recommended I seek out a local Independent Insurance Broker. He said they don't work for any Insurance company like captive agents that represent only the one company they work for, so only have one option to offer you. He said see Scott at SGB.
Taking his advice, I called SGB and made an appointment to talk with thier auto insurance specialist, Carol Stickles.I have to admit I was pretty amazed. She ask me a number of questions and my answers to those questions suprisingly qualified me for discounts I wasn't even aware of, and gave me quotes from 3 different companies.
I saved money, the time it would have taken me to shop those companies on my own and when all was said and done, she Handed me my new policy and $30.00 in Free Gas Cards (Special offer they're running) another nice surprise.
