Upon arriving at my time of appointment, Which I never met the service guy after I bought the car. But even still the person I was instructed to see wasn't the person who took care of me on the day I brought my car in for first service. I made my appointment online and was told of whom to see to assist me with my appointment. Also the person who did take care of me, wanted me to have detailed my car with an additional 30 min wait time. I would've thought, being my first visit for routine service that that should've been included with the service to show how much the company stands behind it's service and commitment to it's valued customers. I've owned an Hyundai for abot the past 20 yrs and have enjoyed my sucess with the makes I've choosen. I'm a loyal customer that would take a Hyundai over any make that's out there. When we went to dealership with a promotion going on, We were interested in a new vechile, but weren't really ready to purchase right there. We knew how much we could be able to pay and a deal was worked out that fit our budget.
I wanted an Accent and the sakesman guided me to this one and we test drove it and I fell in love with it rigt away. I had a '95 accent that finally died on me in 2005. I drove it down from Rochester , NY to Bradenton, FL with no problems and only spent $44 in gas the entire trip. I work less than 5 miles from home now and I wanted a car that could save me a huge gas bill and got it. I love my car and what I can almost due with it.
