Poor service 11/20/2013

Even though I had an appointment and dropped my 2006 Hyundai Sonata off the night before, it still wasn't ready until 5:30 the next evening. Plus, a warranty item wasn't covered because my Dad, who bought the car, had passed away, sp since the car had changed hands, though not even garages, I still had to pay for the warranty work more

This dealership has been under new management for approximately 1 year and the change from previous to present is awe inspiring I have no hesitation in recommending it for service and when I'm ready to buy a new vehicle I'm sure my buying experience will be just as satisfactory as my servicing experience. 2006 Tiburon 9/13/2013

I have never seen a dealership tech and the whole service dept hang in there and be so accomidating while dealing with a very hidden, odd, never seen it before, problem with my AC electrical. The tech spoke with me several times about it and kept me in the loop all the way. Took several visits to track it down but the bottom line is it was fixed. A#1 more

Good techs and service adviser people 9/6/2013

I have been going to this Hyundai dealer for the past 6 years. I always receive excellent service with any maintenance being done right the first time. The labor is fair but I think Hyundai's parts are expensive. Depending on the type of service, the adviser will take 10% off the final bill or they'll send me a coupon which helps fray the cost. I do like this dealer for service. Have not purchased a vehicle from them yet, but if Hyundai steps up their game and starts manufacturing top quality vehicles in the 25,000 range ( that is no compromises, only pro remarks, no con remarks to make) then I would buy a car from this dealer. more
