I started going there in 2004, and while the front desk staff seemed as if they didnt really care about my business, and were outright Rude at times, using foul language in front of my children, come to find out that was the owner,,,, but the work was allways diagnosed, and repaired quickly, and correctly.\r
Although, over priced, I continued to have my cars serviced there because of bad experiences at other shops which weren't rude, but couldnt seem to fix my cars problems witout multiple returns. BUT in the last couple years, the repair end of the service has gotten as bad as the desk staff,,, not sure what happened, but the last 3 times I have needed my car fixed, they sold me parts that didnt fix the problem, and acted as if it was no big deal that I had to keep taking off work to bring my car back ,,and continued to guess at what the problem was,, every time costing me more money. After multiple non fixes along with rude unprofessional behavior, I took mcar elsewhere, where they (not s&d ) fixed the problems, the first time, & was told that all the parts & labor I spent my hard earned money and time on at s&d ,weren't even related to the problem. My advice to s&d, is get some office staff & mechanics that know what they are doing ,, and my advice to customers is STAY AWAY FROM S&D !
