Rusty's Discount Pet Ctr is a great store 7/9/2009

I love the store because they carry healthy pet food and the staff is very nice. However, I hate that you have to wait so late in the day for their coupons to come out each week. Most people shop earlier in the day. They need to get the coupons out in the morning. more

good supply, overwhelming store 3/31/2009

Although I'm not always one who pays much attention to how a store is laid out, I was overwhelmed by how much was crammed into Rusty's Discount Pet Center. The selection of items is good, but good luck finding what you need. When I visited the store, I needed help but had to wait for a decent amount of time to get the help I needed. I didn't see such spectacular prices, that I would be encouraged to return. more

You can find anything here for your pet 2/20/2009

This is a very nice pet store to visit and buy something for your special pet. They have a large assortment of pet supplies. And the help were very friendly and helpful to their customers. more

This is a wonderful place to find things to spoil your already spoiled pet. Their prices are better than the big naemd chains and there is plenty of variety to meet all the needs. more

good prices & quality dog food & regular vaccine clinics 4/3/2008

I've shopped here since they opened. It's owned by a couple who are active in pet rescue. While some of the clerks (& one of the owners) push certain dog foods that are not the best, if you want a good price on Innova or Evo, they are far cheaper than any other pet food store in Studio City. \r \r Staff are helpful for carryouts, good variety of healthy treats & a few times a year they have pet fairs where they have reps from various pet food companies w/ samples, pizza, games.\r \r They have regular vaccine clinics on Sundays... good parking available too. more

  • Rusty's has been serving the pets of the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas since June 6, 1988. We opened Rusty's with one thing in mind: To provide a fun, happy and safe environment for people to bring their pets for services and supplies their pets need to stay happy and healthy, to feel confident leaving their pets in our care. We have been dedicated to the well being of all animals since the day we opened our doors for business. Throughout the years, we have helped find loving homes for thousands upon thousands of abandoned, lost or abused animals by working with many rescue organizations in the Los Angeles area and beyond. All our staff share our love for animals and support our efforts or they would not be a part of the Rusty's Team.
