I used them for a bankruptcy case. They were very responsive, and very quick to return calls if they weren't in. They were professional and knowledgeable and guided me through the process. more

They were great! 1/3/2013

Rust Armenis and Schwartz were great. They were knowledgeable, and always responded when we had questions in a timely fashion. We dealt with Scott, and he was wonderful and knowledgeable. When we first consulted with them, we were unsure if we wanted to proceed that way, and it took us a long time to follow through. They were amazingly patient, and there for us, anytime we had a question. We decided to go with them, and they prepared and filed a bankruptcy petition, and then represented us in court. The procedure went off with out a hitch, and I highly recommend them. We had no problems with them. more

Easy process. Really stressless. 12/28/2012

I mostly gave Rust, Armenis & Schwartz high ratings because of my interactions with Roxanne. She was very responsive. Any questions or emails I had, she responded to and put me at ease. It's a nervous process, but she was very helpful. more

The best solution to a worst case scenario. 12/20/2012

Rust, Armenis & Schwartz helped me with a Chapter 7 case. Scott was very upfront about what he could and could not accomplish. Roxanne was calm and thorough, as accommodating as she could be to help us through this. more

Scott was very helpful in time of need. He answered all my question on claiming bankruptcy, which was my first time. I was very nervous in Bankruptcy Court and missed up on one question. He said to relax and not worry about it. We took care of the problem and everything was fine after that. I have recommended his services to friends and they were happy with his service also. Thank you again Scott for all your help in time of need. more

Very informative. If I had questions they would get me answers quickly. Anytime I contacted them Roxanne would answer right away, she was great. I was very happy with them. They got everything done that needed to be done, and got it done on time. more

Honest and helpful 8/20/2012

I have used Rust Armenis and Schwartz more than once, once for my own case and once for my mother. When it was my case, I had given them a payment and I didn't even know I added $100 to it by accident. When i went back to the last meeting they had said I had given more than I needed and gave it back to me. That's when I knew I had found the right place. Overall they were so helpful, they gave us advisers and stuff to help us arrange our final accounts. more

They deserve an award!! 7/17/2012

From the inception when I met Scott at Rust Armenis and Schwartz, he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, I was able to open up. He was compassionate and very caring. He just did an awesome job in just how he made me and my wife feel. He explained everything in detail. He's awesome! For any questions or concerns I had to tell Roxanne, she got back to me immediately. I couldn't believe it went so smoothly! They know their stuff, and they know every "i" that has to be dotted. Rust Armenis and Schwartz Law Firm were very helpful in explaining exactly what the process was and what they expected of us. They were very patient in double and triple checking everything and asking random, odd questions. Rust, Armenis, and Schwartz Law Firm were awesome, Roxanne especially. When I had questions, if she didn't know the answer, she'd talk to Scott and get back to me. Whether they were stupid questions or serious concerns, they would give me a timely response. It was just a pleasure working with them. I wish I didn't have to, but circumstances being what they are, I don't think it could have gone better. more
