RTC - Rude, Terrible, Corrupt 12/10/2010

Went in for service, the writers were rude, unattentive, and seemed to not know what they were doing. The General Manager, Mr. Trevino, who happened to be in the general area of the desk was also rude, obnoxious and talked to me like I was 3 years old, when I expressed my situation with service. I will never go back to this dealer again and will tell everyone I know to do the same. more
