The thing I really like about Rush Point Plumbing is that they are not trying to take me for some extra money. They don't try to sell me on things I don't need and they actually gave us an option to do some of the work ourselves, and the work they did do for us was great. I have used them twice now and I am completely satisfied and will continue using them on our newly purchased home. more

Great experience! 4/11/2012

This was our first experience with Rush Point Plumbing. Overall, it was a great experience and we'd absolutely use them again. They were very thorough, and knowledgeable about what they were doing. The work they did was very efficient. They took care and were very considerate of my needs as a customer, because it was at a school and they dealt with that and also with having kids around while they worked too. more

Good service, good price, high quality 11/26/2011

I had Ben completely re-plumb my commercial building, install in-floor heating, move radiators, and get the whole heating system up and running properly. His price was very reasonable and his service excellent. It's rare to find this combination of low price and high quality. more

Replacement of sump pump 11/6/2011

I was looking for somebody to replace my sump pump as it stopped working. Rush Point pluming did a great job replacing my old sump pump with new one. The cost of the service was very reasonable compared to other quotes that I got. They did it in timely manner. more

Bathroom remodel needed last minute work 10/20/2011

Ben and his team came with little notice and took care of the work we needed done during the middle of a bathroom redo. They also did a couple of other things we needed done and my husband and I were both very impressed with their work and professional and helpful attitudes. We're going to be sharing their information with several friends. more

Great all around service 10/19/2011

Rush Point plumbing came highly recommended from a friend of mine. I am currently overseas for military service and needed someone I could trust that wouldn't take advantage my wife who doesn't know the difference between the furnace and the water heater. Rush point plumbing came through with a quick response, provided a detailed estimate, and replaced our broken water heater without a hitch. The cost came in lower than I expected for an emergency repair, and the service couldn't have been better. The plumber (I think his name was Ben) cleaned up after himself, and was courteous to my wife. I am glad that I found a tradesman that I can count on in a pinch, and plan to use Rush Point Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs (though I hope that they are few). more

I will always use Rush Point Plumbing 10/19/2011

I have had rush point Plumbing out to do pipe repairs and toilet repairs. One thing I will tell you is they are not out to take your money, They want to take care of your problems. I have nothing but great things to say about their hole crew. They are fast and the work is perfectly done, I have never had to have them come back to fix a mistake... They do it right the first time. In a pinch I've called them for some advice over the phone and they were more then happy to give me some pointers. Why can't more companies have values like Rush Point. Thank you for the great service! more

I called Rush Point Plumbing on two different occasions and they were extremely responsive. They came out on virtually the same day, and did fantastic thorough work on both cases. For the first time, the garbage disposal was stopped up and a faucet was leaking. For another call, our hot water heater was not working. I think I found Rush Point Plumbing on the internet, and I chose them because they were the most responsive. The other thing I would say is that the owner operator is extremely customer-focused, and very neat and clean when he's doing his work and also upon departure. He makes sure you're satisfied! more

Done very quickly, and we were happy. 8/25/2011

Rush Point Plumbing has a pretty good crew. They came in kind of as a whole team and got the whole thing setup and got the inspection done the first time. They were very friendly, professional, and it was nice that the inspector liked them also. They got the thing done very quickly, and we were happy, so I can't expect much more than that I guess.
