Kandyce (the owner of the salon) does a pretty good job when she actually shows up to appointments booked with clients. She has stood me up several times. The last time this happened, I made my appointment a week in advance. I even checked in with her a few days before to confirm date & time. The day of my appointment, I showed up 15 minutes early and noticed no one was at the salon. I waited 30 minutes, and still no show so I called her (no answer) and left a voicemail as I needed my hair colored/cut for a special event which was the next day. I did not hear from her until late that afternoon, several hours after my appointment. Even though when I was leaving her salon, I saw her pass in her vehicle so she was literally avoiding my calls. She did not even apologize when I was speaking to her, she simply expected me to reschedule to the next day (which I could not) and was not concerned whatsoever that she left me at a point where I could not get an appointment with anyone else. She also overbooks appointments, and I personally feel rushed as she's trying to squeeze everyone in. I think she should focus more on quality and NOT quantity.
