If you are looking for the best hair color in town...Call Rumors and ask for Laura @ 916-284-6153. Laura has been coloring my hair for over 7 years and I get compliments from strangers all the time. They stop and say ""I love your hair color...who does it?"" And I always tell them about Laura! You won't be sorry...\r And you will meet a one of a kind great lady...and make a new friend. more

Best Hair Stylist EVER 9/22/2010

Laura Cunha 916-284-6153\r \r Has been my Hair Stylist for the past 8 years. She just moved to Rumors Salon so if you are looking for a great stylist at great prices she is your girl. Very friendly, Nice lady but most importantly knows what she is doing. She always gets me in when I need to get in for a color and cut. I am always happy with the turn out!!! more
