Sometimes good, sometimes gross. Brisket sandwich tonight was thick pieces of fat layers, with miniscule layers of lean in between. Couldn't even pick lean away from the fat -- it was that slimy kind of fat that runs all the way through. After tonight I won't be returning to Rudy's. I'm tired of the crap shoot.
