I can't conclusively tell people that this is the greatest of all the pizza places in the world , but still, it's one of the better ones if you like thin crust pizza. Our overall review is ...we loved the place and we will be back!!! more

After arriving on Sunday Sept. 19, 2010 to watch my Dolphins play. I was seated at a high top because my mom, sister and her family were joining me. I arrived about 12:15 so that I could make sure I was seated were I could see my Dolphins play. The little helmet signs were up and i was in perfect position to enjoy the game. When the game started and I and my party had ordered. The owner manger decided to change a bunch of the channels to other games. I was no longer posiitoned to watch my dolphins and this guy said it is on behind you turn around. I noticed he told other fans to basically deal with it. Also, this is Carolina Country and he had the Eagles and Detroit on the big screen. I felt like this was a bait and switch. This guy had no guts to leave the TV's and the signs alone and let everyone jockey for positon. It was a real cluster F***. I have 2 catering events each year that I go to Rudino's for and I think he may have just lost both of them. They are with a local college and I am in charge of the catering. I don't suspect this will make any difference to anyone but I had to get this off my chest. I will no longer go into a Rudino's because of this guy. I am going to write so many reviews on this situation that I hope it causes some domino effect. This Rudino's is minutes from my home and it is ashame that I wish it go out of business soon. more

Service was poor - place was half full on a Monday night and the waitress wiped down her tables instead of comng over and taking our orders. It was dollar draft beer night which is why we came after a soccer game. We ordered first round and it was fine. The second round, all the beer was flat. We sent it back and w...ere informed that the bartender said it was a new keg and couldn't be flat. We tried a different draft, it was flat as well. AND we got charged for the flat beer we sent back. A rather rotten customer experience and we won't be going back either as a team or as individual. There are plenty of other establishments that welcome the business. Rudino's evidently is not of those places. more

I bartended for 8 years and this is some of the worst service I have seen. On a Saturday night the first thing the bartender says is we are closing early. Food is subpar and takes way too long. 20 minutes for four chicken tenders. Bartender was miserable and not friendly. Skip this hack operation. What a joke. more

My husband and I met some friends at Rudino's in Apex for drinks and appetizers. While it is conveniently located, the food we ordered was not good. We ordered Cheese Fries and they were so bad, we could not eat them. The fries were crinkle cut but tasted like cardboard. Not much cheese on them at all. They had also been put in the oven so the tips of many of the fries were burned. Also, don't sit at the end of the bar that exits to the ""smoking room"" unless you want to smell like you've been in the smoking room. Pros: Good Beer Specials Cons: Appetizers Lack Quality more

I recently visited Rudinos on a Thursday night, to have a few beers and some food. When I walked in the five people sitting at the bar turned and stared at me as if I were covered in pigs muck! When I sat down at the bar and ordered a drink, i also asked to see a menu. The bartender told me they were closing up shortly and that the kitchen was already closed. This was at 9:00 at night! The owner then came up and told me it would be too much trouble to start the fryers up for one person, which I can understand, but again, it was 9pm. And he was a horses rearend about it! When I asked him what time they closed he told me it ""just depended""! I dont have knowledge of restaurants, but that seems like a poor way to run a business! Don't you think?! I have made this place my weekly place to eat. The grinders are great and the prices are very reasonable. The salads are huge and fresh tasting. No problems with the service and the employees are on the ball. Widescreen TVs in every corner on every wall to watch the game. Most of all...it is SMOKE FREE!!!
