Surprised 2/1/2007

Went here because I like a good burger and there seemed to be a lot of happy faces inside. The atmosphere did cost a bit to establish, and it does a great job of bringing back those old childhood memories of a classic diner, but will the burger meet the test? I was shocked, for it did. It was cooked properly and was not greasy and best of all - it tasted just like the past. Did I mention the fries are endless? Didn't get that deal when I was a kid which makes this burger a super value. I got a double patty, they charge $3 extra which brought the total to $9.69. I noticed that the meat is formed into a patty on a grill. This is unusual, and I like a place that shows off its food preparation. Even though I like a flame broiled burger and one I can sink my teeth into, I am surprised into giving Ruby's a 10 for the overall experience. Pros: burger, atmosphere, endless fries more

Love that Bumper Car 8/7/2002

The best burger in town. Great service. Bright and clean decor. A true ""burger joint"" complete with cherry cokes and super thick shakes. Pros: Burgers, Fries, Shakes Cons: Rest of menu standard more

50's diner with good food 6/13/2002

The styling is out of the 50's lots of chrome. The menu is simple yet sufficient for a 50's like diner. I really liked the atmosphere. The food was good and to pricey. more
