There aren't a lot of restaurants that have salad bars anymore. I don't mean the buffets that just happen to have salad, where you end up gorging yourself on 3 varieties of potatoes, deep fried whatever and desserts. Ruby Tuesday's salad bar has various lettuce and greens, about 8 dressings (including light parmesan), fruits, pasta salads, potato, waldorf, cucumber and broccoli salads and every salad topping you can imagine (including pumpkin seeds and cranberries) . There's even chips and salsa. You can easily make this a whole meal for $6.99 (or $2.69 with entrée).
