BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN SACRAMENTO. I came by today with my family for my nephew's birthday. We called before hand and spoke to Thomas, the manager, whom had offered us a deal for coming in with a large group. Unfortunately, we were treated differently when we arrived. We had told the two workers, one with glasses and a smart mouth blonde boy, that Thomas had offered a deal over the phone. Immediately, they started questioning us on why Thomas would've offered us such a great deal. Apparently, that was a sign of extreme bad customer service. Instead of interrogating us, they should've spoke with the manager to clarify the situation but instead they decided to use their "indoor go kart PHD degree" to use. My nephew had asked me why are we not celebrating his birthday at rpm indoor go kart. I had to explain to him that businesses that don't treat their customers equally does not deserve our business. I will not apologize for being a majority. My advice to rpm indoor go kart, please do work on your guys' customer service and management. Therefore, I will not be returning after the rude first time experience there. I also will not ever recommend this terrible place to anyone what so ever but I will be sure to share my experience to everybody I know.
