often missed picked up on Saturday. How often: missed 3 times a month. Call customer service, they said they would leave a note to make sure the trash is picked up on Saturday. It didn't happened. Call again, talk to the same person, she said she would give me credit for not having the service and she will add one more note to the account. Trash still hasn't been picked up on Saturday. Called again, talk to another person and she said no notes were entered on my account. Asked to talk to the manager, i was advised that managers there don't speak or listen to customer. Also, they don't give credit to customer no matter what! Is their customer service a joke? more

Never miss a pick up 6/23/2009

As long as my neighborhood has had this trash service, they have never miss a pick up date. I can always count on my trash being taken care of. No one wants to deal with taking their trash out, so i let Royal walk up and do it for me. more

I like having valet trash service. 6/23/2009

i like not having to push my trash can out to the street. the ""valet"" trash service is wonderful. i no longer have to deal with loading up my big can and rolling it out to the street cause i know royal will walk around and git it for me. Pros: easy to get picked up. more

Why did you leave my trash?? 10/27/2008

I live in creek bend estates. Royal Disposal needs to inform their people to pick up the trash off the street that they spill. Nothing like the smell of trash and the look of trash from the truck greeting you when you enter the new development. NOT a good sign. If you are a recycling company, Why do you not provide containers for your customers to recycle. Why do you not have a receptionist to answer your calls and return calls in a prompt manner??? That is messed up if the payment is short of $1.00 you will not pick up the trash. Bad business. Must be under new management. I see you do have new drivers :( more
