While this company does do traditional taxi service they have a smaller fleet than County/Yellow so it can be hard to get one ASAP, thus if your car breaks down, or you need to run to the store they may be able to get you but it's iffy. This doesn't make me rate them lower though because while I use other cabs for that stuff when you have a planned trip and make a reservation they are GREAT. We use them to go to and from the airport and when we want to go down to the Landing or baseball game or whatever on the weekends. We typically call the day before we want to go and make the reservation (I have actually had other taxi places tell me they WON'T MAKE advance reservations) which I like becuase then we know we are all set. The drivers are usually early and have only been late twice in many many trips. The dispatchers track your flight on your return so even when we have been delayed our car was still there! They use nothing but Lincoln Town cars and some minivans so there is lots of space for luggage going to the airport and your friends when you are going out. The cars are actually CLEAN. They are definitely the cheapest cab to the airport (it's a discounted flat rate) and the rates are average going other places. Most of the drivers seem to be eastern european immigrants but they all speak English pretty well, we haven't had problems w/ them understanding us, and we've really liked most of our drivers. Occasionally the dispatchers seem rushed but they are always polite and helpful and you can make reservations on their website too. I gave them 5 stars because I find them to be way better than the other cabs even though they aren't more expensive (and actually cheaper going to the airport).
Pros: big clean cars that are probably nicest in STL, punctual, great value
