Royal Blue Roofing

Royal Blue was recommended by friend to repair a small leak and a piece of rotten beam in my flat roof. Wish I had read CitySearch first! They showed up and did the work quickly but damaged a couple of things around my deck.. Would not have minded so much if they had been professional enough to just tell me instead of throwing away the evidence as if I would not notice. They work they did is questionable at best. The ponding on the flat roof is much worse in the areas they worked on than it was before. I do not have the leak but I doubt their ""repair"" will last very long before I have to get someone else to repair it. I can only assume the beam is fixed since I cannot see it. Judging from the quailty of the visable repair, I don't feel confident. All that said, when I called them back to fix a small and very obvious area they were impossible to get in touch with. Said they fixed it when they hadn't. Finally got them back to my house and I have never been spoken to in such a rude and condensending manner by anyone I used in a professional capacity. I put $1000 in their pockets for a few hours shoddy work and I stood dumbfounded the guy thought it was ok to be that rude and sarcastic. Don't ever use them!! more

These people are thieves.They are liars ,they will take your money ,not do the job properly and not answer the phone when you call to complain. more

We hired them to replace a leaking flat roof. The workers wouldn't speak English (except when they wanted something) and were unconcerned that they caused over $1000 damage to the concrete tile roof (caused by negligence). We were told that 1 row of the concrete tile needed to be removed, and that it would be replaced! They removed 2 or 3 rows and refused to replace it, they were so careless that they cracked two ceilings (one so bad the entire light fixture fell out!). There are now two very large leaks that weren't even there before they did the work. The owner won't return calls and when I finally got ahold of him, said that we were warned that this could happen and he's not liable! more
