Royal Auto Glass & Tint

So I called Royal Auto Glass on Friday 12/13/13 after my car had been broken into to steal the cell phone. I already have my insurance claim number but what I needed was a company that could replace my window tomorrow (My passenger window was completely broken out). \r I explained I was at work but since they stole my phone I would not be able to call anyone once I left. I gave them the address and set to be the first appointment in the morning at 7am. Come 9am no one had showed up, by 10:30am I went and used a neighbors phone to find out they had decided not to come because they could not call me. \r \r I was very upset so they promised to reschedule that day, I had plans at 3pm. I called back 5 times and when they would answer they would just pick up and hang up, finally someone answered claiming being in a meeting and said 2pm they would be out to handle the window. \r At 3:45 I still could not reach anyone and obviously my window never got replaced. \r \r Royal refused to answer the phone only picking up and hanging up. I have no idea what they were thinking, I can't believe a company like this is still in business. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and posting this review on every site I can. more

I had Groupon coupon and they did what they promised on time within two hours. It has only been two weeks but so far film on windows is holding up fine. nice waiting room though a bit small but nice sofas, coffee and large flat screen LCD TV with digital satellite with a very large number of channels; helpful since wait can be two to three hours while work is done. i was a little miffed because james did not honor the promise made to me by justin that i could get a free ride home since i only live two miles away and i was the first appointment on saturday morning at eight am. james was not friendly but work was done within two hours more
