Thank you Rick Taylor for your timely and effective service. We live in a home over 100 years old so needless to say we have had some plumbing issues due to roots, etc. and Rick was very helpful and extremely non-judgmental while cleaning up a horrific mess in an old cellar basement. He was extremely courteous and the rate was over half what I was quoted from another well known company. I was given a two hour window that he may arrive and he was here promptly at the start of that window. I would absolutely recommend Roto Rooter and was very pleased with my experience. Thank you! Thank you Tom Williams for your great service this Sunday morning. Woke up this morning to a big mess in our basement. Thankfully, the mess was only in the bathroom and hallway. When Tom arrived he was extremely friendly and answered all our questions. Tom was very careful not to make a mess. He put on shoe covers and also put down sheets on the carpet where he was walking. He work efficiently and quickly. He put our minds at ease in the fact he was so knowledgeable and had years of plumbing experience. We totally recommend Roto-Rooter, Spokane, WA. more

Roto-Rooter were awesome! Last year I was having trouble with my drains, and they came out the next day, unclogged the drain. The plumber was very quick and not very expensive, and honest. This spring I was have trouble again and was at wits end to find the same company in Spokane to help again. Was on the phone calling all the roto rooter people that I could, wanted the same company. Found them, they were out the next day, went above and beyond, to take care of the drain problem. Thank-you. more

We just moved into our new home and had a major back up in our downstairs bathroom. Nothing was fixing it. We had tried another plumbing company and they were unable to fix the problem so we had several friends and family recommend Roto-Rooter. We called and they had someone out here right away, Within an hour they had power blasted out the pipe and fixed the problem. We will be called Roto-Rooter first in the future for sure! Excellent, professional and timely service. more

Went to do laundry and found black smelly water in my utility sink. Called them up and Tom came out first thing in the morning! He was great! Fast and great service! Took the time to make sure the blockage was gone and everything was clean afterwards!! Call them for sure, if you need help!! Tyler was Polite and professional. The service was great and I would recommend Roto-Rooter to others. I used a local service and did not get the problem solved after two visits, Tyler had our sewer problem fixed in one visit with a 6 month guarantee :) more

We live on the south hill area in Spokane and have used Roto- Rooter annually for ""snake"" service. This year Tyler, our technician, attempted 3x with different sizes to snake our main line. It was discovered our pipes had collapsed on the way to the city hook up. We were in dire straights as we could not even flush our toilets due to the extreme blockage. \r Tyler arranged immediately to have our problem addressed. Within 2 hours Greg had arrived with the equipment to dig up our yard, while Tyler applied for the proper permits. I am convinced the job would have been completed the same day if all the inspectors had arrived in a more timely fashion. Our job was completed the next day and we were up and running. \r I appreciated the quick response and great service. I would recommend them to anyone.\r more

I had two Roto Rooter Plumbing calls two days in a row. I'm called early in the morning and Roto Rooter was at my door within an hour. Thank you Tyler for fixing my plugged kitchen sink. \r And, most of all, thank you Tom Williams for digging down to my Septic to find the problem with my septic line. It was not an easy task in 0 degree weather to quickly go through the house and identify the plumbing layout, fix the problem. Woosh, the toliets flushed and the drains started moving. And, I learned a lot about the plumbing in my home. I'd recommend Roto Rooter, and I will call you for any and all plumbing needs. more

You're the BEST! On January 5 our kitchen/bath drain line was draining slow. We tried the plunger and Drano to no avail. The next morning we called Roto-Rooter. By 10:00 AM Tom was at the house ready to get to work. He was careful to use tarps to protect the floors and walls from the ugly splatter that accompanies cleaning the drain pipes. He took time to explain what was causing our problem and recommended a drain cleaner from Roto-Rooter that would keep the soap and grease from building up in the pipes. We bought a gallon of the cleaner and will start a new tradition of giving the drains in the house a drain cleaning cocktail once each month when we do a Happy Hour @ Home. \r Ralph & Karen Fishburn more

We had a horrible leak in our kitchen from the sink area when we returned from a family day outing and it was on a Sunday and we had no clue who to call but luckily, my husband looked up Plumbers on Google and Roto-Rooter at 6214 East Alki Avenue came up. We called and left a message to have someone call us on Monday and hopefully get us an appt. one day this week. They called at 7:51am on 11/18/13 and within the hour Jeff was there to save our day...and our kitchen. Being new to Spokane and not knowing who to call was difficult enough, but Y*A*Y these guys came through and he was in and out having replaced our faucet and repaired the leaks and we were so H*A*P*P*Y! Thanks Jeff and Roto-Rooter. more
